There are two basic ways to make money on the Internet:  We shall look at advanced ways in another post.
To make money online you can;

1. Sell Ad Space - you have a website with traffic, advertisers
pay you to place their ads on your website.
2. Sell other people's products - Affiliate programs.

When someone clicks your affiliate link it redirects him to the website that runs the affiliate program. You earn a commission every time someone clicks your link and takes action.  It may be making a purchase or filling a form.

I know that you have been blogging for some time now and you have not been able to earn any money from your blog. You must be wondering what is wrong. You have tried everything as you have been advised by the Google team or whichever blogger service you are using and nothing in terms of income has come your way. Now is the time to put things right so that you can earn money from your blog 24 hours.

In order to earn from your blog 24 hours you will need;
- a good blog
- site traffic
- Page rank

The next thing you need is to focus your blog on a specific subject. Do not write about Romance in your blog this time and the next time write about war or any other subject that is not related to romance. Allow time in your busy schedule to think about your blog. Remember your first goal is to satisfy your readers. The profit bit comes after winning some readers to your blog. Work hard to get things right. The beginning is tough but once you have your content published things become much easier for you there after.

It is very important to come up with original stuff. This helps your page rank. Your consistency is also very important. Once you get others to refer to your blog then you generate traffic.

Be passionate and dedicated to your blog. Once you are passionate about your blog others will get to like it as well. Income from blogging comes with hard work and patience. Do not expect to start earning so quickly. Look at a period of 4 months but if you know your blogging well enough then it might take 2 months. If you promote your blog by paying Search Engines to do it for you it can even take a shorter period, may be seven days.
You can earn from your blog by doing any or a combination of the following;

1) Register with google adsense and have Google advertise on your site. You will earn this way if your site is well ranked and well optimized with most search engines. Besides, your content has to be original or well researched in order to earn ranking.
Advertising with Google ad sense is good because it is easy. You get a lot of help with it. On the other hand you do not choose who advertises and what you get paid.

2) You can choose your own advertisers. Some sites like Blogads.com ask you to choose the advertisers you want. The danger with this is you sink if you choose advertisers wrongly.

3) If you trust your writing skills, you can get paid to write product reviews. These product reviews are usually related to your blog subject. You can check out payperpost.com for this. If you can convince them of your reliability then you will be paid for your reviews. Do not turn this into a business or you will lose readers and few people will be reading your reviews.

4) Sell merchandise on your blog. If you subscribe to the right products you earn a markup every time you sell an item from your site.

6) Use your blog to advertise your own products. This is one of the platforms you can use to advertise your own products and to tell the world all the things you do.

7) Put a Donate button on your blog. Paypal will do this for you. You may get a coin maybe for your hard work.

10 sure ways to make money without a job

Welcome once again to this blog. In my last blog i looked briefly at one sure way to make money without a job and that was by becoming an expert at something and learning how to sell it.
This is the starting point if you are to make money with little investment. You cannot make money from something you are not an expert at. In any area of business the pareto optimality principle applies. 20% of investors in a given field make 80% of the money in that investment field. These 20% that make the 80% revenue in that field are the experts. So what are you waiting for!

1) The first thing you have to do in order to become an expert is to invest money and time in that field. What is your passion? If this is the area where your passion is then results will manifest faster. You can accelerate this process faster if you get a coach who will teach you what he learnt without the mistakes he made. Learn how to say daily positive affirmations. Affirmations like "I am so smart in everything i do",I learn new things with ease", "I am happy money comes to me in increasing amounts through multiple sources of income". You can make some of your own but in my case i read affirmations from an ebook called "Today is my day to win" by Mike Brescia. You can check out his website and add your email on his daily mailing lists.

This is what helped me energise myself. Everytime i felt weak, i sat down and loudly went though the affirmations i had written down and this did miracles for me.
Procrastination became a thing of the past and difficult tasks started looking so easy. That is when i started realising that any big task is made up of many small tasks. Every big journey begins with one step, according to a famous chinese proverb.
I learnt that the first thing always is to start with one step of faith without worrying about the "How". In proverbs there is a verse that says this very well, "Do not wait for the perfect conditions to start on your project"
